3 pounds of ground beef, turkey, chicken or pork
2 large Eggs
2 tbsp Dash of Dacy Salt & Pepper Blend
3 tbsp of Dash of Dacy Garlicky Onion Herb seasoning
1 tbsp of Dash of Dacy Adobo Mojo
1 packet of Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Mix
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 medium Green Pepper, finely chopped
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Whole Milk (or whichever milk you prefer)
3/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon of Honey
1 tablespoon of Mustard
1/2 tablespoon of Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine your Dash of Dacy seasonings, Lipton beefy mix, Worcestershire tire sauce, bread crumbs, green pepper, onion and milk.
Using your hands, thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together.
Transfer the meat into a large loaf pan. If you’re like me and you don’t own a loaf pan, form the meat into a loaf until it resembles the shape of a loaf of bread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
In a small bowl mix the ketchup, sweet baby rays bbq sauce, honey, mustard and brown sugar.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven, and drain off excess grease.
Add the topping mixture to the top of the meatloaf and put the meatloaf back into the oven for 20 – 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and drain off excess grease.
Let the meatloaf sit for 10 minutes before cutting it into even medium bread-like portions sizes. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
