Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, Dear Dacy does not currently have a storefront, however DearDacy.com is open 24/7!

.Due to the current global pandemic, shipments may be delayed.  Please expect your order to be processed and shipped out within 10-14 business days.  Followed by standard delivery times.

As mentioned on our packaging, be sure to store your spices/seasonings in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.  We also recommend that you keep them away from the heat of a stove or vent, as this will cause the flavors to diminish over time. Most importantly, be sure to keep the packaging or personal containers used to store your seasonings tightly sealed when not in use.

We can’t control how fast you’ll go through your seasonings, but the shelf life of Dash of Dacy seasonings if opened is typically up to 18 months. Unopened seasonings can last 2-3 years.  All seasonings opened and unopened should be stored in a dry, cool, and dark place, preferably a cupboard.

Unfortunately, once your package leaves Dear Dacy we have no control over how and when your package arrives.  Please reach out to your local USPS location for more information on when to expect your package and receive status updates.

If the status of your package is DELIVERED via the tracking system provided but you have yet to receive it, please note sometimes USPS scans packages and they read as delivered before you receive them.  If you do not receive your package within or day or two, reach out to your local USPS directly.  Dear Dacy cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received.

During the shipping process, a reasonable amount of wear and tear is expected, however if your polymailer (packaging) and consequently your Dear Dacy order is destroyed in the shipping process, Dear Dacy cannot be held accountable or take responsibility.  

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on our seasonings. If the error is our own, we are happy to replace items. 

However, if a customer has received the exact items in the order placed, we are unable to offer an exchange.

Our goal is to ship your orders out as soon as possible.  Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are no longer able to edit the address on an order you have already placed.  Please be sure to double check all your shipping info for accuracy before finalizing your order.

Our facility has products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, or wheat allergies.
