Sweet Smokey Shallot Butter
Ingredients List
4 Sticks Unsalted Butter = 2 cups (Room Temperature Butter)
3 tbsp Dash of Dacy Sweet Smokey Rub
2 tbsp Shallot, diced
2 tbsp Sweet Mini Pepper, diced
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Oregano
(Best with steaks, chicken fish and veggies)
Cinnamon Maple Butter
Ingredients List
4 Sticks Unsalted Butter = 2 cups (Room Temperature Butter)
3 tbsp Dash of Dacy Cinnilla Sugar
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Bean paste
(Best used on toast, pancakes, muffins, waffles and sweet potato)
Directions
Use a spatula or hand mixer to mix all ingredients together.
Once all ingredients are blended together, add butter to the center of the Saran Wrap.
Take one side of the Saran Wrap and fold it over to meet the other side (think quesadilla)
Tightly roll both ends of the wrap like a tootsie roll.
On a flat surface, roll butter back and forth until it takes the form of a log (if this step is too hard for you, you can store the butter in a container.)
Store in the fridge until butter is hardened - usually within 1- 2 hours.
